Can be your supplier and purchasing agent or project partner in china, which will save lots of your sourcing time and purchasing cost.
There are two factories of Mokar furniture, both located in Heshan city,Guangdong, China
# Product
A1: -Please give the exactly composition, construction , density , width to us.
We can according to your specification give you a sample.
A2: -You can send us a sample, we can according to your sample give you a counter sample.
We will according to the sample of the specific style to determine whether the sample cost.
Sample shipping charges need to be paid, please tell us your shipping charges to pay account, such as fedex DHL TNT, if you do not have an account, you need to charge the appropriate courier charges.

We provide three years warranty for the colour of wood grain ,paint and powder. and more than 10 years for the stable structure of chair.When you received our products, if you find any spare parts are missing or some dameged, pls contact with us in advance, we will deliver the new parts with your coming containers or oders.
# Customization
Yes, we work on OEM orders. Which means size, material, quantity, design, packing solution, etc will depend on your requests; and your logo will be customized on our products.it’s also welcome to choose our ODM products.
Yes, customer’s designs such as size, fabric, color, etc are welcomed.
We design and construct each project to the individual customer’s needs.
We can provide spray paint, powder, imitation wood grain, plating, wire drawing and so on.

# Service
If we already have a regular product, it usually takes 20-30 days. If custom-made products, it will take 30-40 days, the specific number of days also need to be based on the number of products.

Samples–Making samples for you check.
Confirm Order- Signing sales contract after samples confirmed.
Deposit– 30% deposit before mass production.
Production arranged–we will process the production.
Remaining payment–after inspection, balance before shipment.
Shipping–we will ship the goods to destination port.
Confirm bill of loading/commercial invoice/packing list
After sales service.
We have a 1:1 ratio to replace the defective product.
Warning note: any man-made damage, we can not change, refund or make up.
What is the lead time of production ?
a. For samples，7-14 days working days
b. The regular products of our factory, within 20-30days can be shipped to loading port.
c. For mass production, it takes 30-45days for production. More 10-15days if custom design needed.
We are a professional supplier of furniture products. All of our furniture are made according to different style and different decoration requirements. We don’t have a price list.
We provide our customers one-stop station solutions in custom design, packing and accessories if needed.
# Payment
Payment less than 1500USD, 100% in advance. Payment more than 1500USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.
