Located in Heshan, Guangdong Province, China, the Mokar factory is close to the largest furniture production area in China and enjoys the advantage of resources. An average of over 20,000 pieces of furniture are produced each month. Based on a modern factory and experienced professional technical team, our furniture production is for the home, outdoor, and hotel catering industry’s high-end. The manufacturing process of furniture consists of several stages. They include cutting, welding, shaping, sanding, pickling, color spraying, sponging, fabric, and wrapping. The manner in which these steps are performed can be tailored to the furniture product.

How to Make Furniture Step by Step

#1 Send production notice and product design to the production department

It is important to have a production notification that clearly indicates the customer’s product requirements. Distribute the information to the major production departments in advance, make production time planning quickly, help to provide production efficiency, and ensure that the customer’s customized products can be produced according to the requirements.

 

#2 Raw Materials For Making Furniture

The main materials we use to make furniture are pipes, boards, paints, sponges, fabrics, accessories. These materials are used according to the design of the product. However, other special types of accessories may require additional processing. For example, the shape of the special pipe, or made a special effect of the fabric treatment.

Cutting pipe is an important link in furniture production. Cutting dimensions must be accurate to ensure that the entire product is assembled to the appropriate dimensions. Their size is determined by the style of furniture they design and manufacture.

The next step is to folding the cut tube in different shapes and drill holes in the tube in preparation for subsequent pickling and installation.

This is a very important testing and adjustment process, in order to avoid the deformation of the tube after bending the quality of the product, in this process must be adjusted to the material testing.

#5 Production process of furniture frame

Furniture frame stage is in the hardware department, raw materials to go through welding, grinding, polishing, pickling multiple steps. Finally, after pickling, the surface smooth without impurities, water evaporation off, acid flow off, can be sent to the next department for spraying.

All of our processes are professional technical staff operation, and equipped with fully automated welding manipulator, manpower and machinery with each other to improve efficiency.

#6 Painting powder and wood-like grain surface forming process

Furniture surface color formation involves paint, powder paint, or imitation wood grain processing, there are other special processing. First, conventional surface treatments spray the color onto the frame and bake it at high temperatures. Or paste the wood-like grain color on the surface of the frame and then bake at high temperature. Let the surface of the furniture finish the color that the client sets.

In this process, each frame after high-temperature baking must be quality testing, excellent products can be sent to the next process for installation.

#7 Fabric sewing and installation technology in furniture manufacturing

After a strict framing process, the furniture has been finished framing, then moved into the fabric for sewing and installation. During this process, the furniture will be fitted with high density foam and covered with a variety of colorful fabrics, and an overall shape of the product will be displayed during this process. This is a department to show the beauty of products, but also has been given unlimited creativity, but also the level of craftsmanship in the furniture industry.

#8 Overall quality inspection

Before the product is packed, each product is subjected to a second detailed inspection. Make sure that the products are of good quality, then pack them and put them into storage
